This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference to our patients this winter.

You can be part of an entirely new ward team at Cheltenham General Hospital, as well joining our winter support team across the Trust.

For the new winter ward, there are six-month contracts or secondment opportunities until March 2023 for:

We’re also looking for a Band 4 Discharge Co-Ordinator – which is a substantive (permanent role) that’s new to the Trust. Shaping the direction for flow and patient discharge, the Discharge Co-ordinator will make a huge impact on patients. You can make it your own and help prove the value of this important role. Look out for more details coming soon.

Our Winter Team has great career development opportunities for everyone involved; for potential Band 6s and Band 7s, it could prepare you for entry into leadership roles. This new team offers every member the chance to help shape the direction of patient experience this winter.

To discuss these roles, please contact Susan Macklin s.macklin@nhs.net

Be part of a fresh and innovative team who will work together to deliver outstanding care for patients this winter.
