As part of essential works for our Image Guided Interventional Surgery (IGIS) Hub at GRH, we are bringing in a large crane from Monday 5 August to Wednesday 7 August 2024.

Vehicle access to the Atrium

The Atrium entrance will be closed to vehicles from Monday 5 August and reopen on Wednesday 7 August in the morning. Pedestrian access is not affected.

  • Alternative patient drop-off to the Atrium area is via the therapies entrance (see map below).
  • Patients may also be dropped by the Tower entrance if this is more convenient for their appointment.

Corridor closures

The following corridors will be closed between 8am and 6pm on Tuesday 6th August:

  • Ground floor corridor between the Atrium (Costa) and ED - area of corridor with the large time lapse images
  • First floor corridor between outpatients and AMU
