Patients and visitors invited to say 'thank you'
Providing a positive experience of care matters to our teams. Feedback is so important in ensuring that we understand people's experiences of the care we provide.
Our Patient Advice and Liaison (PALs) team have launched a new project that allows patients to leave a quick thank you for the team or ward who looked after them, a friend or relative.
Posters are also going up around our hospitals, starting at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, with a QR code that takes people to the quick feedback form below.
It means such a lot to our teams to receive positive feedback.
Our friendly and supportive PALs team can also help to support patients and relatives whose feedback is less positive by discussing their experiences and helping to resolve concerns.
