Sign up for our virtual winter ward!

We are reducing the reliance on external agency nurses during the busy winter months and enhancing the rate of pay for our Bank Registered Nurses (RNs) and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) as a reward for increased flexibility.

We are calling this our Virtual Winter Ward because we will ask our Bank nurses and HCAs to book shifts in advance. They will be assigned to the ward or area where they are most needed on the day.
