Read the draft Membership Strategy 2023-2025
The Trust is developing a new Membership Strategy and would welcome your involvement and feedback.
The present draft has been developed through our Council of Governors, our Young as well as comments from members of the public and discussion with other NHS organisations.
The draft strategy for 2023-2025 sets out four core aims:
- Develop a membership that is representative of our diverse communities;
- Support the Council of Governors to be reflective and representative of our diverse communities;
- To improve the quality of engagement and communication with members;
- To keep accurate and informative databases of members and tools to engage with people.
We would welcome and constructive comments or feedback on the draft Membership Strategy and you can do this by emailing to the Governance Team, ghn-tr.corporategovernance@nhs.net by 24 September 2023.
The final strategy will then be taken to the Council of Governors on 12 October 2023 for approval and will then be published on the Trust website.
