Areas of expertise
After qualifying as a Doctor in The Netherlands, Dr Vorstman specialised in Paediatrics at the Manchester Children's Hospitals and subsequent registrar training in the Oxford region. He developed a specialist interest in assessing, investigating and treating children with epilepsy, and similarly children with other forms of neurodisability and complex medical conditions.
Inpatient services
Children's Inpatient services are at the Gloucestershire Royal Hospital site where Dr Vorstman and his team will be available to contribute to inpatient care when needed.
Outpatient Clinics
Dr Vorstman holds a number of clinics per week in the children's outpatient department at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. Some of these clinics are jointly with the specialist nursing team.
